A must read if you've ever had any trouble grasping the "higher maths" go back and read this book and you'll find advancement in math much easier indeed. Yeah I'm guilty of being one of the Dummies out there who read this book and found it's approach to the subject much more informative than any of my high school teachers' lessons.

I am working my way through it and have found it to be valuable in relearning advanced algebra. Without that foundation, this book will bring confusion, not clarity. Being over 50 years old, I have a hard time remembering my high school algebra.
